I spent half my childhood being obese. That meant growing up as the shy kid — always underconfident, always holding back. From grade 6 onwards, I was visiting endocrinologists regularly and consuming a lot of medications just to manage what my body was doing. It shaped how I saw myself for years.
At 18, I weighed 89kg. But somewhere along the way, something shifted in my thinking. I realised that bringing my weight down wasn't just about the number — it was about taking control of my life. So I started. Diet, exercise, gym, and lifestyle changes. No shortcuts. No magic pills.
I came down to 53kg. I stopped all the medications. But more importantly, I became a different person — stronger, more confident, no longer that shy kid in the corner. Trust me — it makes you a stronger person. It really does.
By background I'm an Electronics and Communication Engineer — someone who understands systems and what it takes to make change happen methodically. I bring that same structured thinking to every coaching session, alongside a certified diploma in obesity and weight management and 8 years of consistent training.
